Micro management is a management style in business management. In the micro management a manager strongly checks the work of the employees in an organization and controls the work of his employees closely. In general micro management is used as a pessimistic term. In Dictionary.com it defines micromanage as "to manage or control with excessive attention to minor details". Actually when a manager manages his or her subordinates with excessive control then it is called micro management according to Webster’s dictionary.
